Please join us with our second annual "Pathway of Life and Death" 5K run/walk commemorating the January 13th Soviet massacre at the Vilnius TV tower.

Please mark your calendar.  Our Colorado 2020 Independence Commemoration will take place on Saturday, February 22nd.  There will be a program celebrating 30 years since the break from the Soviet Union, a dinner and a concert.

Everyone is invited to attend the Aspen Consulate's Lithuanian Independence Commemoration.
It will take place this Sunday, March 1st, 2020 starting at 4:00pm. The consulate is located at 809 South Aspen St. Ste 1, Aspen, CO

100 Ice Fishing Holes

The Lithuanian mountain community invites you to a new tradition, the second annual Independence Restoration Celebration of Lithuania on March 7th, 2020 11:00a.m to 4:00p.m: the Annual Lake Granby Lithuanian Ice Fishing Competition.


Bring food and snacks and clothing for the weather.  A gas grill will be available.
Bring your camera drones to film the Lithuanian patterns that will be formed with the ice fishing holes.
Colorado Park entry fee of $5.00 is required.

Competition Rules:

Competitors must have a valid Colorado fishing license
Fishing time: 12:00 - 2:00 p.m.
Entry fee: $5.00
One pole per contestant
4 fish limit, judging will be based on weight.
Prizes payout: 1st prize: 50%, 2nd prize 30%, 3rd prize 20% of total entry fees collected
